‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, ‘Agent Carter’ season 2 will return to Comic-Con
Over the past couple of weeks, there has been quite a bit said when it comes to Marvel’s plans for San Diego Comic-Con, mostly when it comes to the news that they are not going to be bringing any of their films there. Do we blame them for that? Hardly. You don’t want to botch a presentation, and if you do not have anything to show, why waste your time delivering a disappointing panel? The timing is also just bad, given that “Ant-Man” is going to be in theaters before the convention happens.
The good news that we have today is that even though you will not see any movies, Marvel Television still has some plans for the convention. On Friday, July 10, there will be a panel in Ballroom 20 revolving around “Agents of SHIELD” season 3 and the second season of “Agent Carter.” Both of these series are coming to ABC at some point in the 2015-16 season, and this may be a chance for some more scoop on both of them.
ABC is notoriously coy when it comes to sharing information on these shows, so we really don’t see that changing this year. We will be happy if we even find out another casting or two at the time the panel takes place; that will be enough to make us happy until at least “Agents of SHIELD” premieres this September.
Hopefully, we’ll have some other news when it comes to both of these shows come August.
What do you want to see from these shows moving forward? Share with a comment.

I’d love them to set up the character of Jennifer Walters. SHIELD is not the above-the-law group it once was. People will want to sue them. Bring in Jen from time to time and get fans used to her. Maybe one day, in a few seasons, Mark Ruffalo could drop by. Start it slow and make something worth watching.
