‘Reign’ season 3 spoilers: How much will Mary, Elizabeth interact?
We are just under a week past the season 2 finale of “Reign,” and this is of course the time when everyone has questions about the next season, what could happen, and who can appear when. Of course, part of the problem here is merely that there is still a very long period of waiting ahead! Filming has not begun, and we are still so early in the planning process that very little is concrete.
What we can at least tell you is that if you are someone who really enjoys the various interactions between England and France, this is something that you are going to be seeing a whole lot more of as we start to come into the third season. We are getting some more of this information courtesy of executive producer Laurie McCarthy, who had the following to say on the subject of what we could be seeing in the future between the English and French courts in a new interview with E! News:
“Eventually, we will [see more of the two courts] … Obviously, they’re a sea part from one another, but you will see some travel back and forth. We will see some cross-pollination between the two courts.”
While it is understandable to be worried potentially about there being too many cooks almost in the “Reign” kitchen, we are excited for some of the possibilities that will come from having the walls opened up to another kingdom. It gives you another sense of the world, and how potentially characters in France are perceived by characters in England and vice-versa.
