‘Supernatural’ season 10, episode 18 preview: Boss on Felicia Day’s return, Misha Collins’ story

After a short hiatus, “Supernatural” season 10 returns next week with an episode entitled “Book of the Damned,” and this is a story that will revolve for the most part around the very thing in the title. Charlie (Felicia Day) uncovers a book during some of her travels, and she feels like it may hold the key to being able to ensure that Dean (Jensen Ackles) is cured from the terrors of the Mark of Cain.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm that this book will actually help at all. Instead, all we can say is that it looks very likely that the book will at least contribute to some of the fun of the episode. We know that not everyone loves Charlie, but we are always thrilled to see her back since she brings in another different dimension to the show.

Also, we also have to say that we very much enjoy Castiel (Misha Collins) punching Metatron (Curtis Armstrong) in the face, given that these two may be on the most dysfunctional road trip of all time. Their story in particular is at the moment simple, at least in that they are on a journey to recover Castiel’s lost grace, which was a promise that Metatron made to him a while back. There could be more punches, and above all else you should get a few moments to laugh at during this.

There are also going to be some great Castiel stories later this season, as Claire Novak will be returning for more. The word’s still out of if either Day or Armstrong will be back again.
