‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 19 preview: When do Julianna Margulies, cast return?

Tonight’s new episode of “The Good Wife” entitled “Winning Ugly” was a big one, so let us hope that it is also going to be enough of a story for you to feel satisfied for a little while. Why is that? Let’s just say that there is no new one for another two weeks!

Next week, CBS is doing its annual Sunday-night preemption, as the show is going off the air so that they can air the Academy of Country Music awards. While as a fan of the show this annoys us greatly, but we also understand it. This show gets solid ratings in the key 18-49 demographic, and right now “The Good Wife” is struggling in the ratings. We still feel confident that it will return mostly due to the critical acclaim that the show has, but that still is something you have to be aware of.

Unfortunately, CBS is for the time being not making us altogether aware of what is coming up on the show. They have yet to release either an episode title or a synopsis for this April 26 installment, though we assume that one will be coming in the week ahead.

In total, there are three remaining episodes to hopefully tie up the State’s Attorney story, write Kalinda off the show, and figure out what in the world you are going to do next for Eli and Cary. That’s a mighty tall order.
