‘Glee’ season 6, episode 7 video: Ken Jeong, Jennifer Coolidge talk playing Brittany’s parents

Tonight’s “Glee” episode marks the big wedding for Brittany and Santana, and in addition to that, this is a chance to see some more fun banter from Ken Jeong and Jennifer Coolidge! This new actors are going to be making a big appearance in this episode as Brittany’s parents Whitney and Pierce Pierce, with the latter being the sort of perfectly-hilarious name that we would expect from the show.

While neither one of these actors have worked with each other for very long, they act in the video below almost like they have for years. Of course, this is their job to have great chemistry with each other, but it also probably goes beyond that. They’re both naturally funny, and it shows that they are really having a good time being a part of this show for however long that they are. Both of them have other TV gigs: Coolidge is a major part of “2 Broke Girls,” while Jeong is a regular over on Yahoo Stream’s “Community.” He also has a pilot coming up entitled “Dr. Ken,” and if that show takes off, he could seemingly end up leaving Greendale behind (at least for the majority of the time).

While Brittany and Santana are going to be the primary focus of this episode, we still feel like it is our duty to tell you to be on watch. After all, there are some other stories coming up beyond these characters that will be important to the rest of the series. Let’s just say that involves at least one other couple considering marriage.
