‘The Walking Dead’ season 5, episode 11 spoilers: Ross Marquand on Aaron’s secrets

At the end of Sunday night’s new episode of “The Walking Dead” on AMC, we had a chance to meet a new face in Aaron who we feel is definitely going to make his voice heard by the time this season ends. After all, he already knows Rick’s name, and at least a few things about where the group would be. Anytime you have someone with this much inside information on the show, they are basically begging for you to know a thing or two more about them.

Ross Marquand is the man (and longtime fan of the show) who has the chance now to play this character, who originated in the comics. While there may not be too much known about him right now, he said the following to Entertainment Weekly about what you can expect from the character in the episodes ahead:

“He’s been following this group, whipping out his spy gear to some degree. He’s been tracking the group for a while and getting a vibe from them and getting the dynamics of leadership from them and how they work together—and that’s extremely important to him. A lot more is going to be revealed next week.”

We do expect there to be quite a bit of Aaron in the next few episodes, even if we’re not entirely sure just how long he will last. Let’s just hope that he makes it a little further than Gareth, who may be the biggest tease in the history of the series. We really loved the character, but then he was gone almost in the blink of an eye.
