‘How to Get Away with Murder’ spoilers: Jack Falahee analyzes Connor
It is not often that you see someone choose to lie about doing something terrible by admitting to another thing that can be terrible, but that is precisely what Connor did to Oliver on ABC’s “How to Get Away with Murder” during the first half of the season.
Did you really think that the show was going to leave that story unattended for very long when the show returned? Well, we come now bearing a little bit more information on what could be around the bend for Connor, and how it turns out that there may have been even more truth within that particular lie than he even realized. For a little bit more on that, just take a look right now at what series star Jack Falahee had to say on the subject to Entertainment Weekly:
“Connor does have an addictive personality in a lot of ways … There might be a grain of truth in telling that lie specifically. He could’ve gone with a lot of different lies, and he came out pretty strong. That will be an interesting exploration in the second half of the season, in how and why Connor told that lie and how he then deals with Oliver.”
Clearly, almost everyone has more than just a little bit to deal with when the show returns, with the Sam Keating murder being the big thing that will be brought up time and time again … and understandably so. There needs to be some sort of gameplan for some of these characters now, right? Eventually time will pass, but unless they were 100% perfect, some cracks could start to form.
