‘How to Get Away with Murder’ spoilers: Christmas in February
We’ve learned already that the winter premiere of “How to Get Away with Murder” on January 29 will deal with some of the immediate aftermath to what happened the night of Sam Keating’s death. So, what will be coming around looking forward into the future? Well, it seems as though the investigation is going to take a little bit of time.
At some point either in the premiere or in the February 5 episode entitled “Best Christmas Ever,” there is going to be a pretty substantial time jump that pushes us a little bit forward to the second semester the show has featured. Take a look at the synopsis below, which offers up some further insight into where we are in the case:
“School is back in session after the holiday break and the entire university is talking about Annalise’s missing husband. The Keating Five continue to be questioned by the police and we find out exactly how they’ve been dealing with the guilt of killing Sam. Meanwhile, Annalise tries to keep things business as usual by taking on a new client who is in the mob, but Hannah (Marcia Gay Harden) continues to pressure her for answers.”
The status and identity of this Hannah character is still somewhat of a mystery, but we should be able to figure out a little bit more about her over time. It doesn’t feel like this was a character brought up to only appear in one episode, and then promptly go away.
Of course, at some point in here, we also want more information on the death of Lila Stangard. We haven’t forgotten about that!
