‘Shameless’ season 5, episode 3 preview: Frank wages war (sort of)

Earlier this season, we learned that Frank Gallagher on “Shameless” was doing what he could to prevent a sale to a certain lesbian couple, and just as you would expect, when this man puts his mind to something … it goes very badly.

In the preview video below, you can see exactly what we are talking about here. William H. Macy’s character is seen going to battle against these women, and also doing some other things that are also completely over the top and sure to get him in trouble. Apparently, creating the world’s most alcoholic beer was not enough of a challenge for him this season, and he ultimately needed something else to add to the madness.

As for the rest of the story coming up, get ready to see things taken to another level in Fiona’s personal life, as well. Now that she does not have to deal with that ankle bracelet, there is really one thing that his means: Freedom to do a variety of things in a variety of places … and with a variety of people. We think that she’s learned a few things, but she also still has plenty of weaknesses. These are things that we expected to see revealed more and more over time.

The best news that we can offer is that we’re only a sixth into the season so far, and if things continue in the way in which they are right now, how can you be anything other than happy?
