‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ spotlight: Will Kenya Moore score another title?

Kenya -The first thing that we are curious about when it comes to Kenya Moore is this: Is she going to be sold on “The Celebrity Apprentice” as a former Miss USA, or as a current cast member on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”? We are almost starting to think that it will be the former, since you have another Housewife in Brandi Glanville who is also a part of the cast for the upcoming season.

Kenya is someone who has a good bit going for her in this competition: She’s pretty driven, a big presence when it comes to entertainment, and she comes from a brand owned now by Donald Trump. Do you really think that he will get rid of someone like her right away? We really do not think so.

Claim to fame – We really spelled that out already: Being a former Miss USA, and for being a volatile cast member on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Strengths – Being opinionated, speaking her mind, and having a whole lot of charisma. She is probably going to be very good at stating her case within the boardroom as to why she should not be fired, and she will probably thanks to that thanks to an understanding about how to play the game. She knows how reality TV works at this point.

Weaknesses – She does not always get along with others, and that could lead to many arguments on the show. Just as Porsha Williams or Phaedra Parks about some of them! Also, we don’t think the average New Yorker will have any clue who she is, and she will also not have a particularly huge Rolodex. Outside of people in Atlanta, fellow Housewives from the franchise, and Andy Cohen, who else is there? She may also know many of the same people as Brandi.

Charity Detroit Public Schools Foundation. Not to disparage any other charity this season, but we really think this is an especially tremendous cause that could really use the money. We spend so much time with Detroit thinking about the auto industry, and not enough on the children who could be the future of the city.

Prediction – We’re reasonably optimistic on Kenya lasting for a while. Her Miss USA status is a big benefit not just with Trump, but also in that she knows how to handle certain settings. While we predict some fireworks, we also predict some victories. With all of this being said, she is still probably a longshot to win.
