‘The Bachelor’ spotlight: Will Megan Bell blend perfectly with Chris Soules?
Is Megan Bell a contender to win “The Bachelor“? Based on the limited information about her at the moment, all we can really say is that while she is actually a part of the show, she’s a complete ghost online! Then again, part of that may be due to her having a very common first and last name, which makes it a little harder to figure out anything about her.
Still, we come bearing at least our quick impressions on the Tennessee makeup artist, who seems to love her phone, the gym, and maybe even Chris Soules to go along with it.
Age – 24
Hometown – Nashville, Tennessee. If nothing else, that’s not horrendously far from Iowa! If Chris does decide to move away from his hometown to a more urban life, this could be a good destination for him.
Occupation – Makeup artist. In theory, she could do this anywhere; however, she better hope that Chris would be willing to move for love. We also worry about if there could be anything that interesting for her to say on this subject within the context of the show.
Bio highlights – On paper, she seems to be fine enough. We do like this quote from her via her ABC bio very much: “I think it’s important to be yourself and not put up a front. Men are impressed with a down-to-earth girl who can make them feel comfortable. And then they can be themselves too.”
Positives – She has a decent sense of self, and we don’t get the impression that she will come on the show and be delusional. Also, having a particularly embarrassing moment getting drunk on a past date, she is probably not going to do that again.
Negatives – It’s hard to say, mostly because we know so little about her. With that being said, we are worried a little bit about whether or not she and Chris have enough in common, or that they will click right away.
Prediction – We could see Megan being forgotten and eliminated early, but at the same time, she seems self-aware enough that she could make a run at least somewhat deep into the season.
