‘Bates Motel’ season 3 spoilers: ‘Mad Men’ star Kevin Rahm books role
In the wake of “Mad Men” finishing up its production after seven seasons on the air, “Bates Motel” is opening its doors to at least one of the most’s most-notable recent cast members.
According to a new report coming in right now from TVLine, Kevin Rahm, who you probably know better as Ted or from that delightful green suit in the attached photo, is going to play the role of Bob Paris. This is a character whose presence was teased long ago; he’s popular, wealthy, and extremely confident, and he also owns a hunting club for those who have truly mastered the skill. He has a history with Romero, but not all of it is great.
Rahm will recur throughout the third season, and this continues a trend of this show snagging notable people from other shows for guest spots. “Bates Motel” will mark the first major TV role for Tracy Spiridakos since the end of “Revolution,” and it also marks a chance for Ryan Hurst to make his presence known yet again after being beloved as Opie as “Sons of Anarchy.”
It is pretty easy to figure out why so many people love being a part of this particular show; you’ve got a prolific producer in Carlton Cuse involved for one, but to go along with that, you have an incredible story that could yield to some notable material for yourself. We’re in a golden age of TV, and thanks to that, you can get on a show like this and have a chance to really show off your chops.
