‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5 spoilers: Major details on 100th episode

While “Hawaii Five-0” has been dominated largely by one kidnapping in that of Matt so far during the fifth season, there is another one coming up that is going to take center stage version soon. So who is going to be at the center of it? It’s none other than McGarrett, and it will be for the upcoming 100th episode.

Per TVLine, this episode (which is the seventh this season and coming up very soon) will feature the return of Wo Fat, as well, as he is the responsible party for the kidnapping.

Just in case this was not interesting enough for you, there’s also a postmodern element to this episode as the team will potentially see what could have happened to them if “they had taken a different path.” Maybe this is directly related to this case, or maybe we’re taking a big-picture look at many characters’ lives. We’ve seen “Grey’s Anatomy” do a sort of “what if?” episode before, and they are hardly the first show to really utilize such a technique.

Right now, though, we have to say that the one thing we are really hoping for above all else is a little bit of relief, whether that comes in the form of some comedy on the show or something else. After all, we are probably coming off of what was one of the most-dramatic episodes of the entire series in the one featuring Matt’s death. Even though Dane Cook was never listed as a guest star this season, there was still a part of us holding out for some reason for that blind hope that maybe he would actually end up being alive.
