‘Teen Wolf’ season 4, episode 11 preview: Tyler Posey and ‘A Promise to the Dead’
Thanks to getting the latest episode of “Teen Wolf” a day early, you are going to be waiting for an extra day to see what comes next on the show! Specifically, “A Promise to the Dead” is airing on Monday, September 1, and will be a nice little break from the Labor Day barbecues that seem to constantly happen on the holiday.
Unfortunately, tonight’s episode did not yield a whole lot of opportunities to find out what is coming up around the bend. Namely, there is no synopsis other than “Scott battles an old enemy,” and without a “Wolf Watch” to follow the episode, there was no extended preview … at least at first. There was a preview of a Kate Argent showdown, accented by some questions about what makes Scott McCall so darn special. (The worst part of this was listening to Sway act like he watches the show.)
All we know for the time being is this: The journey to stopping Peter and Kate is going to be what really lies ahead now. The dead pool is over, and the Benefactor part of this story could actually be done … with an emphasis on “could.” As we near the conclusion of the season, we’re looking at a more simplified story where the villains are at least somewhat more defined. There have been some cool moments here and there this year, but things have also been extremely confusing thanks to a villain that didn’t have much of an actual presence most of the season.
