NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 7 spoilers: See Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani in new poster
When “The Voice” season 7 premieres on NBC, you are going to get an opportunity to see a little more of the same … just with some new faces in tow.
You’ve probably heard the news by now that Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani are the new additions to the judging panel, and in the attached poster for the show, you can get a first look at them via TV Guide. Given that there are millions of different versions of this show all around the world already, we do find this a little bit ironic that the words “the one, the only” are used in the poster along with Gwen standing in a way that seems to defy gravity.
A few other quick observations from this:
- It’s nice to see that Pharrell has borrowed one of Sue Sylvester’s tracksuits yet again, and got rid of the hat for a little while. This stunt has ultimately run its course.
- Also, it’s nice to see that Adam Levine is no longer blonde.
- Why is someone forced to do that awkward “V” sign on most of this stuff? Blake Shelton looks incredibly awkward here, almost like some executive promised to give him a huge raise if he goes through with it, and he decided to do so for simply this reason.
The new season of “The Voice” premieres on NBC September 22, so we’ll of course have a bunch of updates all about it before then. Hopefully, this will eventually include some previews for the contestants themselves, given that the blind auditions have been filmed.
