‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2, episode 17 preview: Hookups and announcements

We understand that the wait for new “Beauty and the Beast” episodes has been a long one, but the good news today is that we’re almost finally at the end! In just one week, the show returns to The CW with all-new episodes, and the short sneak peek below gives you some insight into what Cat’s next move is going to be follow Vincent’s arrest: Trying to spread the word.

Cat makes a call to JT to reveal the big news regarding what has happened to his friend, but the twist here is that he is with Tess in bed at the time! It wasn’t entirely clear until now as to if there was anything chemistry-wise that came out of that kiss earlier in the season, but obviously there was. Maybe there is some sort of separate show out there somewhere that focuses on the romance that these two have forged over time.

Save for the arrest of Vincent, though, there is really not that much that is known about this episode just yet. Maybe there is a good chunk of this that is intentional, since the show has been off of the air for so long. But the final six episodes should give you a little bit of closure as to what is transpiring right now with Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan’s characters, while also setting the stage for a third season. It was not that long ago that we doubted whether or not we were going to have an opportunity to see a new batch of episodes, but it’s happening.
