‘The Walking Dead’ season 5 spoilers: The cast, crew prepare to start filming

More news -Are you eager to see more action from “The Walking Dead“? Well, the good news here is that it’s almost time to stop waiting! The cast and crew are already in Atlanta waiting to get things started, and production is getting set to start up this upcoming week.

So what is the typical “Walking Dead” production period like? Basically, it is a lot of long hours, hot days, and constant concern about his job status since almost anyone can die at any given moment. The reason why the show continues to film at around this time is pretty simple. They want to ensure that the scenery stays about the same from one year to the next, and also that they are far enough ahead of the game in production so that they don’t have to rush things for the show’s premiere later this fall. There’s no firm date yet, but you can probably expect things to really get going at around the middle of October.

So what about filming for the much-anticipated spin-off series for the show? Well, you’re going to be waiting for a little while longer for that. There are no characters or cast members announced for that, and in our mind, it could be later this summer before we find out a whole lot else about that. With the premiere date not until 2015, filming is probably not starting for a good while. (We’ll have more updates on that as news comes out.)
