‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Andi Dorfman, Clare Crawley, and Juan Pablo Galavis drama
Now that we are nearing the fourth week of “The Bachelor” being on the air, this is the time that you can start to crank up that Cyndi Lauper music for a minute or two: True colors are being exposed!
In some cases, these true colors can be good for Juan Pablo Galavis, and on other occasions, they can be very terrible. There are also some other occasions where you have someone who is probably fine in real life, but starts to crumble and fall apart thanks to this experience. Clare Crawley at the moment looks like one of those people. In a new sneak peek for this episode (which you can see over at E! News), Andi Dorfman takes notice of the fact that Clare gets extremely territorial around Juan Pablo, and she probably recognizes very much that this is a problem for her in this competition.
If we could put on a stethoscope and try to diagnose Clare with anything, it would be a major case of First Date-itis. This happens to a contestant every season who gets one of the first dates of the season, and then starts to develop this sort of complex thinking that she is extra-special, or that the Bachelor loved her so much that he wanted to be with her before anyone else. That leads to some possessiveness and some territorial qualities, which are things that are understandable and desirable at times in real life. But for Clare to have these tendencies on the show is tricky. The more that she clings to Juan Pablo, the more likely that she will be in the end that the other women will start to notice, get upset, and even start complaining / spreading around bad rumors and things that are not entirely true. Let’s just hope for her sake that something like that doesn’t happen, and she can get her emotions in check.
This revelation on Andi’s part happens during the group date for this episode, which takes place in South Korea; if you visit the link here, you can also see some scoop on the primary one-on-one date for this week.
