‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3 spoilers: Captain Hook, meet Blackbeard
Do you feel like “Once Upon a Time” has been lacking when it comes to some of the good stuff related to Captain Hook? While we wouldn’t necessarily agree with that statement (mostly because “Good Form” from earlier this season is one of his better episodes to date), we are getting set to meet another pirate character that could further expound upon some
According to a new report from TVLine, we are going to be seeing an appearance from none other than Blackbeard, another obviously famous pirate, for at least one episode of the show’s third season. What we know about Blackbeard for the time being is really not too much, save for the notion that we’d be surprised if a famous pirate is suddenly turned into a saint. You have to have some sort of mean streak to really get into the business of pirating in the first place, and we expect nothing less from him.
As for some other Captain Hook stories, the biggest thing to prepare yourself for is for him to be the driving force in “New York City Serenade,” the first episode of the second half of the season on March 9. He is going to be the primary reason why Emma could consider going back to what is her old life, and it is up to him in many ways to get her to remember that she has a mother who is Snow White, and a father who is Prince Charming. His own romantic feelings for her could somehow come secondary for almost everything else that will be coming up in the future.
There is also another “Once Upon a Time” story out there that definitely has us nervous right now: The suggestion that a major series regular is going to die before the end of the season. Hook is a candidate of that, and he may be easier to kill off in some ways than the likes of Emma, Belle, Snow, or Henry.
