‘American Horror Story: Coven’ spoilers: Ryan Murphy may reveal season 4 title, location in finale
Speaking to E! News, co-creator Ryan Murphy dished a little on how one of his master plans (at least at the moment) is to have the end of “Coven” serve as a beginning to what could be coming in 2014:
“Right now I’m writing episode 9 or 10 so I will definitely get that in. I always thought it would be cool to have the season end and the last image will be this is what the next season is about and you’ll get the title.”
One thing that we do certainly see as a plus for doing things this way is that it spares us the months after the finale having to wonder whether or not the clues placed during the season mean anything, and it also protects us from some graphics whizzes trying to dupe the country with some posters for a fake show that doesn’t actually exist (that happened this past year with “American Horror Story: Salem,” which actually wasn’t that far off).
But, at the same time, isn’t speculation fun sometimes? We will at least miss out on some of that since it sounds like it will be a little more obvious this time around.
