‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Want to see Drew Kenney, Brooks Forester get emotional?

We are now mere hours away from Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelorette,” but before we get to that, why not take advantage (however briefly) of the opportunity to see some of these guys get choked up about the road ahead? There are only a handful of episodes left, but it appears that almost every step of the way, there is going to be plenty of drama.

From the standpoint of good things happening, Drew tells her at some point in the coming episodes (as it’s possible that this “confession” could be a red herring) that he is “in love” with Desiree; it’s also possible that we could also have another red herring when she says that she “loves” one of the people that is left, which makes Chris Harrison ask if the entire season is pretty much over.

So how do things go from so good to so bad this quickly? Our guess is that it is all due to the way in which this promo is presented. While it probably appears on the surface like Desiree’s meltdown and many of the guys tearing up (including Brooks saying “this is the worst day of my life” like he was just banned from going to a high school party) happens after she says that she is in love with someone, it may happen before. This is all a part of something known as “creative license,” and it has been around just as long (if not longer) as “The Bachelorette” itself.
