The Bear season 5 premiere date: An April 2026 update

Is there a chance that we are going to hear something more about The Bear season 5 between now and the end of April?

We do think that at this point, there is likely more attention being paid towards the next chapter of the Jeremy Allen White show for one simple reason: This is the final one. We are curious as to how Carmy’s story is going to end, mostly because such a big chunk of it has been all about him trying to come to terms with how the thing that he’s so great at does not make him happy. It is the big reason why he left the restaurant at the end of last season and now, we have to wait and see if he can ever find his way back.

As we do look more towards the future, the great news is that production on the remaining episodes has already wrapped up. Through that, everyone is in the midst of the quick turnaround to get them on the air. Our general feeling is that if we are lucky, it will premiere once more in June and if that happens, you could get a premiere-date reveal moving into the end of the month. Meanwhile, some sort of further teases will come in either May or early June.

Is there a chance that The Bear shakes things up and does not go with the binge drop as they have so many times in the past? In theory sure but for now, let’s just say we doubt it. We have a hard time thinking that FX and Hulu would change things now given that clearly, this is something that has worked for them rather well over the years.
