Landman season 3 premiere date: An April 2026 update

Now that we are several days into the month of April, are we getting to a point where more news about Landman season 3 can be shared? Make no mistake that we would love that. However, that does not mean that Paramount+ is going to be quick to indulge us here in the slightest.

For starters, here is some of what we can say about the future of the Billy Bob Thornton series. The series has already been renewed for another batch of episodes, and that is thankfully not something that you have to worry about. As a matter of fact, we’ve known that for a good while already! The question that now comes is when filming is going to begin, and we do tend to think that is going to happen over the next several months. After all, May is the timeframe that we have heard about over the last little while.

So with all of the above information in mind, is there a period of time in which we will be able to see Landman back? Well, the earliest is going to be moving into November — that lines up with what we have seen in the past from the show, with the only real question being whether or not it is going to be done in time. This season is, after all, starting production a little bit later than some ones in the past, and we cannot just sit back and forget about that. It could very well be in December or January.

As for what the next story chapter is going to look like…

Let’s just say that it will potentially be geared around Tommy Norris as he tries to do what he can to start his own oil company separate from M-Tex, with the support of much of his family to go along with it. This could prove successful but at the same time, Gallino could come a-calling if things do fall apart.
