Well, let’s just start off here by noting that a good chunk of this show is about nostalgia, and we certainly do not mind that. This upcoming story, for example, is really a chance to see three different generations of women interact in between Mandy, Mary, and Meemaw.
So, let’s just say that there is also going to be chaos — not that this in itself is that surprising. Mandy is going through it and has ever since quitting her job. Why would we imagine that things are about to be any different?

Ultimately, one of the things that we’ve certainly come to know about Meemaw over the years is that she has a real tendency to dive into various crazy plans and schemes. Why would we not anticipate something different here? The problem is that Mandy could be caught in the crosshairs, and we do have to wait and see precisely what that looks like. One ay or another, we do tend to think it will be funny.
