The Pitt season 2 episode 13 spoilers: Is Dana’s future unclear?

Tomorrow night on HBO Max you are going to have a chance to see The Pitt season 2 episode 13 arrive, and it feels like every character is going through something.

After all, why wouldn’t they be? This is a reminder that these people have gone through another difficult day of work and a lot of people are cracking in their own individual ways. For Dr. Robby, that means struggling to deal properly with the trauma of the past. Meanwhile, Langdon can’t find his footing, Mohan has been mistreated, and Dr. Al seems to be harboring some sort of secret that she is not telling everyone else about.

But what about Dana? She is one of the show’s most beloved characters, and it has become clear over the past two episodes in particular that she is still struggling in her own way. There is still a reasonable amount of trauma she is still dealing with dating back to what happened with the assault last season. She found a way to return to work but when Emma was attacked, all of that came back.

Just like there were questions last season as to whether or not she would return to work for another shift, we tend to think they are present now all over again. While we think she will likely be back in season 3, this feels like one of those characters who will someday just be gone and we have to deal with that. We may not like it, but it is still very much the case. We just hope that over the next few episodes, at least she and Robby can get on the same page — that will make the ending a little more peaceful.
