The Pitt season 2 episode 13: Prepare for Dr. Henderson?
Thursday night on HBO Max you are going to have a chance to see The Pitt season 2 episode 13 — and are you ready for new characters?
Well, one thing that feels reasonably clear to us at this point is that based on where we are in the day, the night shift is coming and with that comes more doctors and nurses. One of them appears to be Dr. Henderson, who is played by Shrinking star Luke Tennie. We of course are curious to know a little more about him, even if we recognize he may only be around a limited amount of time.

If you head over to Today, you can see a new sneak preview for what is ahead featuring Tennie in action as the character. He does not give too much away about the story, but noted that it was fun to play a character who is this put-together, noting that this is not always an opportunity he has. He also noted that Noah Wyle and others were working to help him out on set with the medical side of things, which we imagine would be really intimidating stepping into a world like this that is really established.
Our general feeling here is that even with some night-shift doctors starting to come in, The Pitt is not going to totally abandon the people they already have. Take Robby, who is still there despite his shift being over and a three-month sabbatical coming up for him. Is he actually going to go, or is he going to find some sudden reason not to? For now, one of them seems to be looking after his friend Duke, whose medical situation has turned out to be a little bit more complicated than he would have ever anticipated.
