Next week on CBS you are going to have a chance to dive into NCIS: Sydney season 3 episode 14 one the other side of the big two-parter. So what is the main story here going to be?

First and foremost, we gotta commend the writers for the title of “Death Card,” as it goes completely hard and should get people excited from the get-go. It is a sign that tarot cards are going to be important to the story, but the irony here is that if you are familiar with them at all, you may know that the death card does not mean exactly what you would think. Rather, it can be a symbol of profound change or transformation as opposed to some direct omen for your own personal demise.

If you look below, you can see the full NCIS: Sydney season 3 episode 14 synopsis with other news on what is to come:

“Death Card” – The team is drawn into the mystical world of fortune telling when a tarot card is found near a drowned U.S. Naval officer depicting the exact manner of his death, on NCIS: SYDNEY, Tuesday, April 7 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ Premium plan subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*.

What we are hoping here is that much like the death card itself, the team enters this episode expecting one thing before realizing that nothing is exactly what they anticipated in advance. That does throw an extra bit of unpredictability into the mix and personally, that excites us greatly. There are only so many stories left for the remainder of the season, so shouldn’t we want all of them to be high-stakes as humanly possible?
