Marshals season 1 episode 5 spoilers: ‘Lost Girls’

Next week on CBS you are going to have an opportunity to dive into Marshals season 1 episode 5 and with that, we are of course pleased to share more of what is to come.

So, where should we start? Well, it is worth noting that “Lost Girls” has the potential to be one of the most emotional stories of the entire season, and also one of the most topical. The following synopsis offers up a sense of that: “Lost Girls” – Kayce goes rogue to track down a missing girl from Broken Rock on MARSHALS, Sunday, March 29 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ Premium plan subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*.

What we do think this story is speaking to right now is the history of young women being abducted from reservations, something that is often underreported and where justice is not always found. We do not have to even say why Kayce would be so emotionally invested in this, but given his limited amount of time in this position, is there a chance that there will be some complications? Let’s just say not to rule that out.

Ultimately, we do think that this and everything that Kayce is going through right now is tied to the death of Monica. He is trying to find a way to handle it and in some ways, the job is a distraction. However, can it really be when he is dealing with tragedies left and right? We do think that there are a lot of problems that are still going to surface throughout the rest of the season, and it may not be until the finale where he starts to even entertain the idea of looking towards the future.
