Lioness season 3 premiere date hopes as filming wraps

There are a few different things we can be excited for at this point when it comes to Lioness season 3 over at Paramount+, but let’s just start off with the following: Filming is done for the latest chapter of the show!

In a post on Instagram, actress and executive producer Jill Wagner confirmed the news by sharing the following:

To try to capture the last 5 months in 20 pics is impossible ….. season 3 was EPIC . Every single moment was golden to me . I am fully aware that I am living in “the sweet spot “ and I’m allowing myself to drench myself in it . I love my Lioness cast as crew … I love [Taylor Sheridan] for writing such an amazing show … I love the good people of Texas who treated me and my family with kindness …. I love my friends who cheer me on and who have watched me hustle and understand the highs and lows of this business , I love my family who tag along while I chase dreams ….. I love Jesus Christ who gives me the heart to keep running . There is a reason I do what I do …. I’m finding it day by day .

So now that we know that everyone is done behind the scenes, that obviously bleeds over to the next all-important question: When the new season will actually air. We do not think it necessarily has to be something that comes back immediately, though one of the good things about Sheridan shows in general is that they have a fairly quick turnaround.

If we had to look towards one singular period of time as a strong possibility, we would point in the direction here of this summer. After all, we tend to think that The Dutton Ranch will be the next Sheridan project to air at Paramount+ and after that, the runway could be there for Wagner, Nicole Kidman, Zoe Saldana, and the rest of the cast to shine. Let’s just hope that season 3 proves to be as action-packed and interesting as what we have seen so far.
