‘Big Brother 15’ live feed spoilers: Elissa’s possible blunder; McCrae as Cochran?
Here’s where the situation stands right now: She is heavily considering once again making Nick the replacement nominee, mostly because of some rampant / hilarious paranoia that he’s some secret twist because of him getting multiple DRs and acting somewhat aloof in the house. Our guess? He’s just funny in the DR, and producers keep wanting to use him for something. We know already that if he is a twist, it would also be a surprise to us.
Unfortunately, the problem for Elissa is that Nick is in the Moving Company, so good luck getting some people to vote for her to stay. Spencer, Howard, McCrae, GinaMarie, and Kaitlin are all pretty much guaranteed people to vote for her to leave, and she would have to get at least six people to be able to stay in the game. She probably has Andy for sure, Judd seems likely, and she at least has a pretty good relationship with Amanda. Unfortunately, that’s just three people. Candice could be a fourth given that she is afraid of the guys working together, but then you need Jessie and even McCrae to make some sort of survival happen.
Elissa did at least approach Jessie this afternoon with the proposal to keep her, but she replied that she was afraid of Jeremy coming after her and she would have to think about it. Seriously, is this what we are afraid of now? If this is the reason Jessie doesn’t make the move, it’s official and the bullies win.
One interesting person to watch here is McCrae, who is in a John Cochran-like “Survivor: South Pacific” situation where he can stick with the Moving Company, or join the other group of outcasts. The latter option could be smart if he can get some alpha males gone before jury, at least since he’d have a better shot winning competitions against people like Candice and Judd over Jeremy when it matters.
We still personally think that Kaitlin is a better choice for a replacement nominee, at least from the standpoint of it cutting off some of Jeremy’s power. However, Elissa’s goose is probably cooked either way.

Amanda will do what McCrae asks her to do and Jessie is not in a position to go against the pretty people alliance yet. There would be an interesting decision point for the Moving Company if it was Elissa vs. Kaitlin and even more if it was Elissa vs. Jeremy but if Elissa goes against her word and puts up Nick then there will be absolutely no reason for the Moving Company to support her staying. I get that Big Brother is a game where you lie and backstab but going back on a deal in week 2 when you are in a very minority position is a huge mistake. McCrae is not in a position to choose the misfits because they are splintering, leaving Elissa, Helen and Candice on the outside. There is absolutely no reason why he chooses to side with them and get out Nick when Jeremy is still in the house.
