Lioness season 3 filming update: How long is left?

We do tend to think that there are a good many people out there like us, sitting back and eagerly hoping for more news regarding Lioness season 3 sooner rather than later. When is it actually going to be back on Paramount+?

Well, the first order of business here is simply waiting for production to wrap up, and we are at least happy to see that we are close to the other side of the horizon with that at present! In a post on her Instagram Stories, Cruz herself in Laysla De Oliveira confirmed that there are only two weeks left of filming for the current season. This means that at that point, the Taylor Sheridan series can shift entirely over to post-production and making certain that these episodes are all put together tightly and perfectly to eventually air.

Despite the Lioness cast and crew being so deep into filming on this current chapter, we do have to say that everyone involved has done a remarkable job of keeping things under wraps. There has been very little said publicly at this point about the road ahead and clearly, that is very much by design. We’re sure of course that Cruz, Joe, and others are tasked with yet another dangerous mission that could require everything from undercover work to various shootouts.

Now when it comes to an actual premiere date for the new season, let’s just say that we are keeping reasonably close to our past estimates that it will surface in the late spring or early summer. Odds are, one other Sheridan show in The Dutton Ranch will premiere first, and The Madison already has a date established for one week from now.
