‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: Vicki Gunvalson’s trouble in Canada

On Monday night’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” episode, many of the women are going to be hitting the slopes in British Columbia as a part of a ski trip; however, it’s probably not going to take Vicki Gunvalson very long at all to start to feel as though she is going downhill.

Even though Vicki and Brooks have broken up, this episode could be akin to someone sticking a dagger even further into her, and it is all thanks to the news that Lauri drops on her about who Brooks has been hanging out with at poker parties, and how one of the women at the center of all of this has been involved in a very adult profession (to the point where there is video proof of it online). “Lydia looks forward to taking all the ladies on a ski vacation to Whistler, Canada. Alexis hopes for a conflict-free trip, but before the women even reach the snow, Heather and Gretchen tussle over who was really offered a coveted sitcom role. Meanwhile, Tamra hears the raunchy gossip that Lauri has been spreading about Vicki and sets off an avalanche of screams when she spills the beans to Vicki.”

So is this news really going to be able to help Vicki move on? Lydia suggests such to her, likely as a way to make her feel better about hearing this sort of devastating news. Of course, the cruel reality is that more often than not, hearing this sort of thing really only serves to make the situation worse, since you want to at least imagine that the other person is struggling to move on, as well, on a certain level.
