The Dutton Ranch premiere date: Big chance for reveal soon?

Are we about to learn a premiere date for The Dutton Ranch within the relatively near future? Let’s just say that if nothing else, you can make a great argument!

So, where does it start? Well, for us personally you do not have to look any further than what is happening over on CBS this weekend. Come Sunday night, you are going to see the premiere of Marshals, the new highly-anticipated spin-off show that is featuring Luke Grimes as Kayce Dutton. This is the first chance we’ve really had to get an update on any of the Yellowstone characters since the series finale, so we would not be shocked if we hear about Beth and Rip to some degree. Of course, actually seeing them on-screen is a totally different story and we think that we’re going to be waiting for their own spin-off for that.

Now is there a good chance that the Marshals premiere gives us some details on The Dutton Ranch? We would not be surprised, mostly because we already know it is “streaming soon” over on Paramount+ and the streaming service has a lot invested in the Kelly Reilly – Cole Hauser series. If they want it back sooner rather than later, shouldn’t they be doing what they can to push it hard and get the word out?

We do think that ideally, this show would be available at some point in either the spring or summer — and we do tend to think that personally, this could be as much of an underdog story as anything we’ve seen in this universe. Beth and Rip are largely starting from scratch with their own ranch, trying to make a legacy that is largely their own. How will they pull it off? If nothing else, giving us a premiere date or other details during Marshals is just a smart way to reach some viewers who will likely be interested to watch. Doing that should always be a priority.
