The Hunting Party season 2 episode 4: Elizabeth Gillies to guest star

Just in case you needed a reason to be excited to see The Hunting Party season 2 episode 4 on NBC next week, we have it thanks to Elizabeth Gillies! The former Dynasty star is going to be a big part of “Amanda Weiss” and to the surprise of no one, she will be taking on the role of a killer. After all, this is probably what makes the show attractive to actors — you get to do something that is dark, sinister, and totally the opposite of what viewers know you for.

So what will make her particular story interesting? Well, it actually feels like an echo of what we’ve seen this season in general! We have a lot of killers who once upon a time, went by a pretty specific MO. What happens when that changes or alters itself? It gives Bex and the rest of the team something more to deal with.

01/29/2026 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Thursday) : The team hunts for Amanda Weiss (guest star Elizabeth Gillies), a killer dubbed the Masseuse, who became famous for breaking the necks of her massage clients. She has kidnapped a woman and, rather than killing her, has even darker plans in mind. TV-14

One more thing that we really should note within this piece has to do primarily with the schedule — after this one airs, we are likely going to see Melissa Roxburgh and the rest of the cast gone until late February. As for the reason why, we tend to think that is rather simple: The Winter Olympics. This is something that airs on NBC and luckily, there should be plenty of time afterwards to air the remainder of the season.
