‘Justified’ season 4 spoilers: Jody’s back and he’s coming after Raylan

“Justified” season 4 decided not to have a big bad this season and it couldn’t have been a better direction for the show to go this season. The series has been so jam packed with story lines that an actual big bad would have felt a lot like “Dexter” season 7 – way too much going on and not enough time to do it all in.

With out a big bad, we have had a chance to focus a little more on the personal lives of our favorite Harlan county characters. Boyd proposed to Ava in a way that felt very real for these two giving viewers a real “awww” moment.  He hid an engagement ring under a pile of dirty money he’d been saving to buy them a house and she of course said yes.

Raylan and Winona have broken up, but the baby is still on it’s way and if you thought that he was done fooling around with random women, think again.  Spoilers from Zap2it reveal that Raylan will be playing the role of bodyguard on an upcoming episode to a very cute grad student, so we can probably expect a new hook up here.  Also the bail jumper named Jody Adair that Raylan picked up during the season premiere to earn a little extra cash will be coming back and he’s got Raylan in his cross-hairs with revenge on his mind.

Will Jody have his shot at Raylan or will he find a way to get himself out of another nasty predicament?
