‘Justified’ season 4, episode 5 preview: Raylan finds himself in trouble… again

It seems that Raylan Givens is always in some sort of trouble on “Justified”, but a good portion of it is self induced, like last week’s episode where he went after Lindsey and her husband for ripping him off instead of going through the proper channels and although it all worked out in Raylan’s favor, there have been many times when it hasn’t.

On the next episode of “Justified” season 4 called “Kin”, Raylan will find himself in trouble once again when he continues to pursue the case of the mysterious bag and his hunt for Drew Thompson.  In new photos from next week’s episode we see that Raylan and his old buddy/nemesis Boyd Crowder are going to find themselves in a bit of a bad situation together.  While many viewers have really enjoyed the strange friendship/rivalry Boyd and Raylan have with one another, Timothy Olyphant has said that this season we can expect the pendulum to swing and we will see a lot less of the friendship as these two will really become enemies with one another.

Another storyline that we are hoping to see come back at some point this season is Raylan’s baby – his kid has to be born soon and since Raylan’s life has really taken a bit of a down turn right now (living in a room above a bar and drinking way too much) we’d like to see how the birth of his son or daughter will affect his life.  Will he still be as reckless as he is now or will he start to think differently one he looks into his child’s eyes for the first time?

The next new episode of “Justified” season 4 will be airing on Tuesday, February 5th at 10 p.m. on FX – will you be tuning in?
