Casting notes: ‘Justified’ season 4 gets ‘Lost;’ ‘The Client List’ season 2 goes ‘90210’
Want some more scoop about a pair of cable series picking up some familiar names for the new year? Hopefully, the following bit of casting will be able to suit your fancy for at least the next couple of weeks over the holiday season.
“The Client List” – Who’s been missing a little bit of Trevor Donovan on TV lately? The “90210” alum, whose character of Teddy was beloved during his guest appearances on the show, is going to be visiting the Lifetime series in a role that is sure to make a few people “ooh” and “ah.”
According to a report from Zap2It, Donovan will be guest-starring on the show as a football player who visits the Rub, and has Jennifer Love Hewitt’s character help him to fulfill a certain fantasy that he has that we were never quite sure would ever be seen on basic cable. Let’s just say that this role could not be any more different than Teddy, and should be a nice change of pace for the character.
“Justified” – As for another drama, Sam Anderson (otherwise known for playing the role of Bernard on “Lost”) has signed on for multiple episodes of the FX drama series, where he (per TVLine) will be playing the role of a funeral director who gets messed up in the world of Walton Goggins’ Boyd. The problem for Boyd? Anderson’s character has quite a knack for being rather manipulative, and this could case him all sorts of unforeseen trouble.
