The Masked Singer: Ana Gasteyer revealed under Tree Mask!
We’ll admit here, first and foremost, that we didn’t think that the Tree was going to be going tonight. She was one of the best singers in the competition, and we really liked her character overall. Also, we liked the fact that it took a while for everyone to realize that it was Ana Gasteyer under the costume. The former Saturday Night Live cast member even had some fun with Ken Jeong at the end of the episode, where he forgot that he at one point worked with her and even commented her on her singer.

The thing we’re the most shocked about is the fact that Jenny McCarthy was able to come up with this based on some of the clues that we’ve seen for most of the season. Yet, the internet was able to guess this a little while ago, and it also does turn out that Gasteyer recently unveiled a holiday episode. What that means is that she’s taking advantage of her Tree costume like nobody else!
We’ll admit that we expected for tonight to be the end of the road for the Leopard, given that he’s been in danger a couple of times before. Meanwhile, we also wondered about the Thingamajig given that he’s the one person left who doesn’t do anything close to singing in his everyday life. (That’s at least provided that he is Indiana Pacers star Victor Oladipo, like we think based on most of the clues that are out there.)
Overall, we’re glad that Gasteyer did the show — we didn’t know that she could sing anywhere clear close to this before watching this show!
