All Rise episode 11 spoilers: ‘The Wizard of Joy’ + the holiday season
This upcoming installment, entitled “The Joy From Oz,” is going to be all about Lola doing what she can in order to preserve her career — while at the same time trying to celebrate the holiday. You’ve also got The Wizard of Oz wedged in here, which makes us mostly want to start waging conversations about whether someone’s going to try to turn this into a Christmas movie. (Don’t we have those conversations enough with Die Hard and Home Alone? For the record, we consider the latter one — Die Hard, not so much.)
For a few more specifics on what’s coming, just be sure to check out the full All Rise episode 11 synopsis below:
“The Joy From Oz” – Amid holiday parties, Lola must defend herself before the Commission on Judicial Performance after a complaint is made against her. Also, Judge Lisa Benner enlists Sara, Emily and Luke in staging a “Wizard of Oz”-themed mock trial for the children of Hall of Justice employees, in which Dorothy is on trial for killing the wicked witch, on ALL RISE, Monday, Dec. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network.
Following this episode, All Rise is going to be coming back on the air in early January — it’s not an enormous hiatus, which is great for some of you who don’t want to wait too long for some other storylines. We know that the show has a “full” season order, though that may not equal 22 episodes. CBS is clearly happy with what they’re getting right now from Simone Missick and the rest of the cast. Let’s just hope they are seeing enough live/DVR ratings in order to ensure that there is another season coming up later. (There will be plenty of opportunities to discuss that coming up.)
