Power season 6 spoilers: New photos hints at Ghost’s (possible) fate
Well, of course the folks over at Starz are not going to give us all of the information right now, but there is a new photo out there that has us raising an eyebrow or two. If you look below, you can see Omari Hardwick’s character in the midst of a super-heated moment with his son Tariq. This is the sort of thing that, of course, raises some pretty big questions in regards to the future. Does this mean that Ghost is actually alive?
Well, if you look at this superficially, it’s easy to make the assumption that yes, in fact, this is the end of things for Ghost … but we do still wonder as to whether or not this is really the case. Just think about it like this: Power has in the past given us literal ghosts to go along with the man who bears the moniker. Just think about the midseason finale “No One Can Stop Me” — not only did we see Lela Loren return as Angela within that episode, but there was also a cameo from Ghost’s late daughter Raina. (Ironically, we’ve seen Ghost Raina about as much as Jamie and Tasha’s living daughter Yaz.)

Given that Ghost is in this photo with Tariq, it’s easy to draw the assumption that this could be Tariq being haunted by the ghost of his father, who knows that he is the one responsible for killing him. This is of course just a theory, but from the jump we’ve thought he was the leading candidate at the shooter.
Power season 6 premieres on Starz come Sunday, January 5.
