Fuller House season 5 premiere date revealed at Netflix

Waiting for Fuller House season 5 to arrive on the air? Well, the great news is that you’re not going to have to wait too much longer in order to see it.

Today, Netflix announced that on Friday, December 6, the first batch of episodes for the final season is set to come on the air. Because of season 5 having a slightly larger episode order than what we had the year before, the series is going to be moving into a situation where the second batch will be coming early next year. Sure, this means more stories, but it also means a little bit more waiting.

You can see a tiny bit of Fuller House season 5 footage just past the 3:10 mark in the new video via Netflix below. It doesn’t give you a great deal of information as to what’s coming up, but we certainly think that it will at least give you something more to look forward to. There’s a lot of humor that will follow Jimmy and Stephanie becoming parents for the first time — take, for example, them being extremely indecisive when it comes to a name. They’ll have to figure that out at some point over the coming episodes and, beyond just that, there’s also another storyline here. Think in terms of a wedding!

While there are no spoilers out there for what’s coming up, we wouldn’t be altogether shocked if Fuller House season 5 concludes with some sort of epic double-wedding that features Jimmy and Stephanie alongside DJ and Steve. We just think that the real goal here is going to be trying in order to give some of these characters as many different happy endings as possible. This is always a show meant to make people smile, and we don’t foresee the final season being any different. It may also be this way just because this could be the end of the road for the Full House franchise … though we wouldn’t be altogether shocked if there was some sort of sequel or continuation down the road. (If that happened, we feel like it’s more likely to be at HBO Max than Netflix, given the studio ties.)
