God Friended Me season 2 episode 7 sneak peek: Audrey explains her ‘painting’

What lies ahead on God Friended Me season 2 episode 7? It’s the story of a painting, and one with a valuable twist at the center of it. After all, we’re talking about a painting that contains a hidden message, and there is a mysterious artist named Audrey who is starting to come to the forefront.

So what does Audrey know? Well, we learned earlier this season, there is a message left within one of her paintings, presumably, by the God Account. Audrey claims that a year ago, she wanted to create a disruption courtesy of an AI program that would essentially disable the artist altogether. The majority of the paintings at her recent exhibit at the Louvre were actually designed by an AI, with of course one key exception to the rule. We’re talking here about the painting that Miles saw — there was a hack into her AI program, and the painting Miles saw is a creation of that program. Miles, Cara, and Rakesh are eager to get answers as to what’s really going on with the painting, even if the process of trying to acquire them is not the easiest in the world.

In the end, convincing Audrey to get on board with what they’re saying is no easy task, given that she’s skeptical of the whole process — and we get it. When you think about it, there are a surprisingly large number of people within the world of God Friended Me who are willing to accept the notion of there being some mysterious social-media account that is trying to help people. She’s not altogether interested in buying into it at first, and that mostly suggests that she’s going to need a healthy dose of convincing in order to make something happen. Luckily, we do think that the likes of Miles, Cara, and Rakesh tend to be very persuasive.

Will we get answers on the painting within this episode? That feels likely, but what remains a little more unlikely is the idea of us getting all of the answers on who is running said God Account. We’re only in season 2, people! We’ll be lucky if we get anything on that subject by the end of season 3.
