Gotham season 5 episode 7 spoilers: Jeremiah’s plan in ‘Ace Chemicals’
For some more information on that, check out the Gotham season 5 episode 7 synopsis below:
Gordon races to uncover the criminal element threatening to end talks of Gotham’s reunification with the mainland. A very much alive Jeremiah (guest star Cameron Monaghan) returns and organizes a twisted recreation of the murder of Bruce’s parents with the help of Jervis Tetch aka Mad Hatter (guest star Benedict Samuel) in the all-new “Ace Chemicals” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, Feb. 21 (8:00-9:00PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-507) (TV-14 D, L, V)
Isn’t it nice that we are getting more of Tetch on the series, as well? It feels like he is one of the Gotham villains who, for one reason or another, has been fairly forgotten over the course of the show’s run. In a way, we get it just because there are so many notable characters out there — it’s hard to really focus on all of them! Nonetheless, it’s exciting that there’s going to be a chance to see him here.
Meanwhile, it’s also going to be interesting to see the culmination of whatever it is that Jeremiah is planning using his recreation of Thomas and Martha Wayne. This is something that was teased (at least vaguely) at the end of this past episode of the show — he clearly is looking for a way to torment Bruce on a psychological way, so we cannot say that we’re shocked that this is the way in which he decided to go about it. It does also bring you back to the very beginning of the show.
No matter what happens within this episode, one thing feels clear: This is an episode that will be impossible to forget … and we’re certainly quite thrilled about that. We don’t want to forget anything related to Ace Chemicals and this story.
