On paper, it feels like this episode should be one that offers up some characters a chance to celebrate — after all, we’re going to have a chance to see a wedding! Devon and Priya are going to finally have a chance to celebrate their union, but as is often the case with this show, these things are not exactly what they are cracked up to be. There are some surprises that have a tendency to crash the party with this show, and in this case there is a great deal of disaster potential due to what’s happened when it comes to Devon and Julian. These characters have been getting far too close and because of that, she’s much of what is on his mind these days instead of his wife to be.
In this episode, Jenna Dewan’s character is going to have even more to worry about beyond just the status of her relationship with Devon; there is also the status of the company she works for in Quovadis. She’s thought that everything was fairly above-board, and wasn’t quite aware of what some of the higher-ups were doing behind the scenes as a means to ensure that they get precisely what they want. It’s a complicated storyline and depending on how it ends, we wouldn’t be altogether shocked if Julian decides that she wants to get away from Chastain altogether moving forward into the future.

Devon’s doubts about his relationship reach a peak as his friends and family gather for his big wedding day. As Chastain’s leading medical device company, Quovadis, continues to succeed, Julian (guest star Jenna Dewan) makes a discovery that leaves her uneasy about her involvement in it all. Meanwhile, Conrad continues to work on his relationship with Marshall and Bell takes a risky offer in order to make a mistake from his past disappear in the all-new “The Dance” fall finale episode of THE RESIDENT airing Monday, Nov. 26 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. As for when The Resident will return on the other side of this episode, there is no confirmed date just yet … but we’d like to see a nice little arc at some point in January.
