Poldark season 4 episode 3 preview (PBS): Ross Poldark in Parliament!

Poldark season 4

Want to know some of what’s coming on Poldark season 4 episode 3 when it airs on PBS in one week’s time? Let’s just say that we are going to see Ross Poldark fully immersed now in the political world!

At the end of tonight’s episode, there was a significant turning of the tide as Hugh’s sickness / death eventually prompted Ross ending up getting a spot in Parliament. With that, he has a substantial more power and authority than he has had over the series’ run to date. The unfortunate thing for him is that not everyone else in government may be altogether interested in having a new voice with fresh opinions speaking out for some of their own causes. Beyond that, there is also another issue here when it comes to what’s happening back in Cornwall. Demelza is now in charge of the home — and, in turn, in charge of the mine. Because there are some problems that are happening there, she’s going to have her hands full.

Below, the Poldark season 4 episode 3 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below offers up some additional information for what lies ahead:

Ross makes his maiden speech in Parliament and finds some notoriety. Demelza contends with a failing mine and fixing Drake’s broken heart. The Enyses welcome a baby daughter. George hosts a party in the hope of buying his way back into Parliament.

We want to say that there is good news coming for Dwight and Caroline — having a new member of the family is exciting! Yet, at the same time there are some other clear problems that could follow this up. Having a baby means that you’ve got a great deal to celebrate, but it also means that the two of them have more to worry about.
