Suits season 8 episode 10 spoilers: First look at midseason finale

Suits season 8 episode 10 carries with it the title of “Managing Partner,” and if we had to guess, this episode will be critical. It’s the midseason finale, and one of the things that we’ve certainly come to know about this show over time is that its midseason finales are big. With a title like this, it’s poised to be even bigger! This particular position has been a big storyline through the first ten episodes, with Harvey and Robert Zane each jockeying for it.

Could something happen in this episode to make that picture a little bit clearer? We don’t want to say anything for certain right now, but we are aware of the fact that Wendell Pierce isn’t a series regular on this show. With him being a full-time part of Jack Ryan, we mostly wonder if the show is going to find a way to reduce his presence eventually mostly because they have to. Of course, that’s just speculation on our part, but we remain curious as to how much Suits as a series can really continue to use him.

For now though, take a look at the Suits season 8 episode 10 synopsis — it doesn’t give away too much, other than that it seems like it could be Donna who is actually in control at the end of everything:

When Harvey and Zane can’t stay on the sidelines, Donna does what’s best for the firm.

What is best for the firm? We imagine that it’s something where there is some stability at the top, and to go along with that no problem or trouble coming down the line.

One other thing we definitely do want to see here is more Katrina Bennett — even though Amanda Schull is a regular, it’s become fairly clear that she’s not going to appear in every episode. We just hope she has a larger role coming up.
