Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Scottie’s plan comes to a screeching halt (day 61)

We’ll start this Big Brother 20 update by saying this: We appreciate Scottie fighting hard to save himself this week. It shows that he cares about the game and understands how important it is for him to be there. It’s not his fault that Faysal is Head of Household and he couldn’t separate his game from getting rid of someone who was close to Haleigh.

Ultimately, what we’ve also seen over the past 24 hours or so with him is a combination of 1) the weakness of his own social game and 2) the effectiveness of people like Tyler, Angela, and JC, who have spent a long time labeling Scottie as a sketchy player. He hasn’t really had a super-loyal ally since Steve left at the start of the season, and that lack of loyalty was proven further by Haleigh learning this afternoon about Scottie’s campaign to try and get her on the block.

Do we think that she was anywhere near as upset as she let on, with her crying? Probably not. Haleigh knows the game and her role in it. If she wants to lessen the target on her, an easy way to do that is by playing the somewhat-innocent victim in everything that is going on.

As for what else we’ve seen in the house today, Fessy has also gone to Kaycee about being the replacement nominee and, of course, she doesn’t love it. Yet, his logic is sound in that nobody is voting her out. Also, he knows that she will take it okay.

We still contend that Scottie’s best move that he didn’t do was lobby to get Sam put up, given that she is so combustible that she may have just demanded to be voted out at the end of the week.
