Cloak & Dagger episode 10 (finale) spoilers: Will Tandy, Tyrone survive?

The Cloak & Dagger finale is poised to air on Freeform in one week’s time, and based on early indications, there’s a lot of danger ahead.

For more evidence of that, all you have to do is look at where we left off tonight! Tyrone found himself on the wrong side of the law and, beyond that, Tandy’s mom is very close to being killed in front of her. As fascinating (and spectacular) as it’s been watching these two characters explore some of their powers, both their usage of them and some other actions have led to them being in the super-chaotic situation that they are now in.

Moving into “Colony Collapse,” these two characters do have a chance to turn things around and better secure their future. Granted, at the same time there is also a pretty good possibility that they will just find themselves in some greater trouble.

Below, the Cloak & Dagger episode 10 synopsis gives you a little more information as to what’s coming, and also what they have to do in order to save most of the people they care about:

“Tandy and Ty must fight for their lives, their loved ones, and the city as they attempt to fully master their powers and embrace their destiny when someone starts up a new version of the Roxxon Drill.”

Let’s just go ahead and also add this: We absolutely expect that there is going to be some sort of cliffhanger at the very end of this. That is the Freeform way, for starters, and we have to imagine that the producers expected that they were eventually going to get a season 2 renewal at the end of the road here. How could they not given the story that we’ve had a chance to check out to date and the quality of the end product? Whatever happens in the finale will, more than likely, bleed over into the second season.
