Ransom season 2 episode 11 preview: Family secrets; a possible crisis

Want to know what is coming on Ransom season 2 episode 11? This particular installment is entitled “The Client” and based on some preliminary information, all signs point towards it being a fascinating hour of television. There are a few different surprises around almost every corner, and we are going to see some of that here as Eric does his part to help out two adolescents who are going to be in a position where they desperately need a little bit of assistance. Yet, things are not going to be anywhere near as clear as they initially seem.

“The Client” – When two adolescents enlist Eric to negotiate with a ruthless mob boss who’s holding their parents hostage, the team discovers a family secret that threatens to complicate the proceedings, on RANSOM, Saturday, June 23 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Do we anticipate a whole lot of clarity for this case by the end of the hour? Sure, but we’d also love to see Ransom building a little bit more to an epic finale now, based on where the series is in the story at the moment. If it turns out that season 2 is the final season, we do want to see it go out in the biggest and best way possible.

Based on the current ratings, the concern does remain that this could be the final season. The numbers did recover slightly from some recent series-low outings, but not by much in finishing with a 0.3 rating in the 18-49 demographic. CBS can’t have high expectations for Ransom given that it receives almost zero promotion, but on some level we expected that it would perform at least a little bit better than this.
