Hawaii Five-0 season 8 episode 21 spoilers: Chris Vance returns again!

Just in case you didn’t get enough of Chris Vance as Harry Langford to satisfy previously, we now come bearing some rather-great news: The character is going to be back for Hawaii Five-0 season 8 episode 20, which is going to be coming on CBS with new episodes come Friday, April 20. This is the second appearance from Vance this season as this character, and this time around he’s going to be there for what can be best described as a little bit more than the standard search-and-rescue mission. There is going to be some drama, and also some action since it may reveal itself pretty early on that the person Harry is sent to help is not actually interested in being helped. Instead, their personal desire is more to do just do their own thing.

“Ahuwale ka nane hūnā” – Harry Langford (Chris Vance) enlists McGarrett and Danny’s help to track down Lady Sophie (Alana Boden), a teenage British royal who has run away while under his protection. Also, Grover, Tani and Junior work a 25-year-old murder case after a mysterious Betamax tape arrives at 5-0 headquarters, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, April 20 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

One of the cool things about this episode is that it seems to be setting out to provide a little bit of something for everyone. For example, you’ve got a mission that should appeal to people who want Steve and Danny working together. Meanwhile, Tani and Junior are also paired up once again — something that should make some ‘shippers out there rather happy. There will be action, drama and a few laughs along the way.

Also, of course we’re happy to get a chance to see Vance on the series again! He is one of those recurring guest stars who could easily be around more than he is — it’s with that in mind that we appreciate some of his appearances all the more.
